Our principal focus is offshore drilling rig overhaul, repair, upgrade and conversion. Additionally, we provide services to the general marine and heavy fabrication markets.

The name Signal was chosen for its meanings associated with communication and outstanding achievement. Under a committed management team, we are communicating to our established and new customers alike that we are stronger than ever, delivering quality services at competitive prices and schedules.

Since our inception, we have been awarded new contracts by a variety of customers. To date, all work has been completed at a competitive price while meeting the highest standards under our ISO 9001:2008 certified quality program.

Beginning with my office and carrying through all levels of our company, we honor our commitments to our customers and we conduct business in an ethical manner. Our ongoing growth is the direct result of a well-executed business strategy set in place in 2006 and embraced by our employees.  Moving forward, we will continue to implement our dynamic plan to secure contracts for overhaul, repair, and

modernization of existing offshore drilling rigs.  In addition we will continue to pursue new build opportunities for semisubmersibles and jackups along with ship assemblies and power plant modules. 

With two yards in Pascagoula, MS and two in the Port Arthur/Orange, TX area, we cover the entire breadth of the Gulf of Mexico. We have the right combination of resources, from facilities outfitted with state-of-the-art capital equipment to a highly skilled and abundant workforce. As we build on our successful track record, we believe that we are the best choice for vessel owners in the Gulf of Mexico.
