Fabricated and delivered two (2) each 300’x 100’x 20’ Steel deck barges. Barges were outfitted with General Electric GE-7FA Turbine generators, serving as power barges for Waller Marine. ABS class new build. Scheduled to depart August 27, 2010.
Signet Barge
Fabricate and deliver a 300’ x 100’ x 20’ Steel Ocean Service 6000# per sq/ft deck barge. ABS class new build. Owner is Signal, bare boat charter to Signet Marine. Name of Barge is “Signet Atlas” air bag launched. Delivered to customer March 29, 2010.

Ocean Scepter - Signal was awarded fabrication of 10 ton platformto be mounted on the stern of the Ocean Scepter. We will provide personnel in 3 phases for offshore installation.
Transocean
DD1 Project - Signal was awarded the following jobs in support of the out of service period for the purpose of 5 thruster replacements and 5 year survey work to take place 30 miles south of Freeport, Texas; 5 thrusters, skin valve replacement, drill floor under deck scaffold, aft life boat platform installation, PRV valve replacement, mux reel sheave installation, derrick basket installation.
Technip
Deep Pioneer/Nansen Project - Signal to provide logistical support at the west yard. Purpose is to receive Deep Pioneer and offload product and install equipment for the purpose of installation of Nansen Project offshore.
Technip
Logistical support for Technip for the Cascade Chinook project out of the SI MS West Yard Facility. Signal is providing support for outfitting, loading, and offloading vessels installing the subsea infrastructure of the project.
VT Halter Modules
Fabrication completed on 1649 short tons of modular units for VT Halter Pascagoula. The double bottom and main deck units will be installed on barge construction currently under way in their Pascagoula facility.

The Ocean Baroness is shown departing the Signal MS East yard on May 4, 2010. The upgrade / repair project lasted 45 days in the yard and over 96,000 man hours were expended.
U.S.C.G.C.
The Cypress completed a successful availability at SSR. The vessel departed Signal Ship Repair on April 12, 2010.
Nyk Global Bulk Corporation
MV Global Vanguard, a 623x105 Bulker, received damage from the tsunami during the recent earthquakes in Chile. After successfully completing hull repairs and class survey, the vessel departed Signal Ship Repair on April 13, 2010.
Transocean
Large offshore project for Transocean to prepare their rig “Cajun Express” for a near term contract in Brazil was completed in March 2010. Work scopes included high & low pressure pipe upgrades for the Brazilian contract, flare boom installation, anode replacements, miscellaneous steel renewals.
ENSCO 75
Signal International’s MS operations have completed the dry docking haul on/off of Ensco 75. While on dry dock, repairs were made to spud can and various inserts to the hull on the Ensco 75. The rig entered the East yard facility on March 19, 2010 and departed on April 3, 2010. The dry docking of the Ensco Rig was the first for Signal’s newly dredge deep hole located at the East yard.
